Conference Sunday was a lot of fun! We tried out some of the recipes in Wendy Paul's book
101 Gourmet Cupcakes in 10 minutes!
(it really does only take 10 minutes!)
We tried:
Pumpkin Spice... MMMMM delicious
Banana Creme ..... that's good too!
Key Lime.... way easy and soooooo good! Maybe a new favorite!
Black Forest..... for sure a new favorite! just the cupcake alone is heaven - then you add the ganache!
Ganache! Can you believe I made Ganache? Is sounds so complicated, but it was so easy!
